You must not use ClipUno to upload, process, publish, promote or facilitate unlawful activity.

Prohibited uses

• child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation;
• terrorist content or support for proscribed organisations;
• credible threats or unlawful incitement to violence;
• fraud, scams, phishing or deceptive impersonation;
• unlawful sale/promotion of controlled drugs, weapons or other prohibited goods;
• malware or unauthorised access;
• unlawful harassment, stalking or doxxing;
• illegal hate content;
• human trafficking or exploitation;
• unlawful intellectual-property infringement;
• unlawful defamatory material;
• non-consensual intimate imagery;
• privacy/data-protection violations;
• unlawful discriminatory advertising;
• unlawful manipulation or abuse of Connected Platforms.

Users must also comply with the rules of the destination platform. ClipUno may restrict, preserve or remove material where reasonably necessary for law, safety, rights protection or enforcement.
