You can report suspected illegal content, copyright/trade-mark infringement, defamation, privacy violations, impersonation/fraud, harassment/threats, child-safety concerns, non-consensual intimate imagery or other prohibited material.
What to include
- your name and contact details;
- the content/account/campaign concerned;
- where the material appears;
- why you believe it is unlawful or prohibited;
- relevant evidence;
- whether there is an urgent safety risk.
Copyright/IP
Identify the protected work/right, the complained-of material, the basis of the claimed infringement, your authority to act, and provide an accurate good-faith statement.
Defamation
Identify the statement, where it appears, why it is defamatory, the meaning alleged, what is said to be inaccurate/unsupported, whether you can identify the poster and whether you consent to relevant contact details being shared where legally necessary.
What ClipUno may do
ClipUno may request information, temporarily restrict material, remove or disable access, contact the relevant user where lawful, preserve evidence, restrict accounts, notify authorities where required/appropriate and provide complaint/appeal routes where required.
