Depending on the features used, this may include account information; User Content; creator preferences such as Brand Kit and Creator DNA; authorised social-platform identifiers, permissions and tokens; permitted analytics; billing status; creator/advertiser campaign information; support messages; and technical/security information.
Why we use information
Purposes may include providing accounts and services, processing uploads, preparing platform versions, connecting social accounts, scheduling/publishing under user instructions, analytics, personalisation, campaign administration, billing, security, fraud prevention, support and legal compliance.
Lawful bases
Where UK data-protection law applies, processing may rely on contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation or consent depending on the activity.
Connected platforms
If you connect TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube, ClipUno receives only information and permissions authorised through that platform's official connection process. ClipUno does not ask for or store your social-platform password.
Sharing
Information may be shared with necessary hosting, storage, payment, connected-platform, processing, security, support and professional-service providers. An accurate production Subprocessor List will be maintained.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, lawful transfer arrangements will be used where required.
Retention
Production retention periods will be published to match the actual system before launch. We will not retain personal information longer than reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, legal obligations, security or legal claims.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and rights relating to qualifying automated decisions.
Marketing
Marketing consent will be separate from acceptance of the Terms. Optional electronic marketing will provide an easy opt-out where required.

ClipUno's initial account service is intended for adults aged 18+. Applicable child-access and child-safety assessments will be completed where legally required.
