Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions
Users will be able to cancel future subscription renewal through the ClipUno billing/account process. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for a period already supplied unless law or the purchase terms require one.
Consumer cancellation period
Where UK distance-contract cancellation rights apply, eligible consumers generally receive a 14-day cancellation period. Immediate performance and digital-content rules will be implemented at checkout where applicable.
Pay As You Go
A PAYG charge must be confirmed before chargeable processing starts. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, whether processing has begun and any additional refund commitment shown at checkout.
Technical failures
If ClipUno charges for processing that cannot be delivered solely because of a confirmed ClipUno technical failure, contact billing@clipuno.site. Where appropriate, the affected charge may be refunded or credited.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact billing@clipuno.site with transaction information. Never send full card details by email.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
