Terms of Service

Legal operator name, company number and registered/geographic address will be inserted before paid public launch.

1. The service

ClipUno provides software tools for uploading, processing, adapting, scheduling, transmitting and managing digital content, together with creator, analytics and advertiser tools where enabled.

2. You are the publisher

Except for ClipUno's own marketing/editorial material, ClipUno is not the author, editor, publisher or endorser of User Content selected by a user for publication. You retain editorial control and are responsible for reviewing content, captions, titles, disclosures, destination accounts and publishing settings before instructing publication.

When you instruct ClipUno to publish or schedule User Content, you are the publisher of that content and are responsible for its accuracy, legality and compliance with applicable law, platform rules and third-party rights. Scheduled and Autopilot publications are carried out under your prior, revocable instructions.

3. AI-assisted features

AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate and must be reviewed before publication. They are not legal advice, copyright clearance, factual verification, advertising approval or a guarantee of platform approval or performance.

4. User content and rights

You retain ownership of User Content. You grant ClipUno a limited licence to host, process, adapt, analyse and transmit it only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, carry out your instructions, secure the service and comply with law.

You confirm that you hold all rights, licences, permissions and consents needed for material you upload or publish.

5. Connected platforms

ClipUno uses authorised platform connections and does not ask for social-media passwords. Third-party platforms are independent services and may change APIs, permissions, moderation or account rules.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use ClipUno for unlawful activity or prohibited content. See our Acceptable Use & Content Policy.

7. Sponsored and commercial content

Creators and advertisers remain responsible for making advertising and commercial relationships clearly identifiable where law or platform rules require it. ClipUno may provide disclosure tools but those tools do not replace the parties' legal obligations.

8. Marketplace

Where enabled, campaign offers should state deliverables, compensation, deadlines, disclosures, rights, exclusivity and bonus terms before acceptance. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, ClipUno is not the employer, agent, partner or joint venturer of marketplace users.

9. Pricing and plans

Prices, billing frequency and material usage limits will be displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms until cancelled. Pay-as-you-go charges require confirmation before chargeable processing begins.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms removes statutory consumer rights. Applicable UK distance-contract cancellation rights, immediate-performance rules and digital-content rules will be implemented in the live checkout.

11. Complaints and takedowns

Suspected illegal content, intellectual-property infringement, defamation, privacy violations or other prohibited material can be reported through our Content Complaints & Takedown Policy.

12. No guarantee of results

ClipUno does not guarantee views, reach, followers, engagement, virality, sponsorships, sales, revenue, earnings, advertising return, platform approval or uninterrupted third-party API access.

13. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or affects mandatory statutory consumer rights. Final business-user liability caps will be added before commercial launch following focused legal review.

14. Privacy

See the Privacy Notice.

15. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Final operator details will be added before launch.
